HEADSHOT is a raw, interdisciplinary solo performance that explores how structures of repetitive violence become embedded in the body, and how war shifts from a singular event into an ongoing condition. Through a brutal loop, the body’s fragility is set against its resilience in an intense endurance-based performance.
At the same time, the work reflects a media culture shaped by a constant stream of fragmented images, where war, violence, hate, and fake news circulate alongside “everyday” content and are gradually normalized in a state of collective overstimulation. Within this tension, a growing tolerance for violence, hate, and abuse of power emerges, where the extreme is continuously displaced.
HEADSHOT continues the e.TRASH project’s investigation of live music, performance, scenography and the body as one shared system.
