A restaurant is, in many ways, similar to the music industry. Chefs in the kitchen are like musicians in the studio. Dishes on the plate are like songs through the speakers. Guests are the audience.

There is a constant demand to deliver. The kitchen moves at a fast pace, and pressure builds both internally and externally. APPETITE explores my own appetite for an industry that both feeds me and starves me at the same time.

Through theatrical elements and dance, nine sonic courses unfold in an exploration of the mental pressure I feel as a new artist in a fast-moving industry.
